We currently ship within Canada only.

- Can I return an item?
Yes! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging.

- Do you offer tracking?
Absolutely! You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
- Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within Canada only.

- What kind of items can I request by email?
We are happy to help you find any products related to auto accessories and camping gear — from roof racks for your vehicle to a comfortable camping chair.
Please note: For safety reasons and in accordance with shipping regulations, we cannot supply:
- Liquids
- Gas canisters
- Heaters (both gas and electric)
These product categories require special transportation conditions and specific permits. That’s why we focus on providing you with gear that can be safely shipped through standard postal and courier services.
